Who we are
Publisher Success (publishersuccess.com) is a media and blog site published by Quintana Marketing, operated by Andreas Quintana, based in Mallorca, Spain. This policy describes how this site handles personal information. It does not cover a separate product checkout. Related sites and tools have their own terms: quintanamarketing.com, the Publishing Success Accelerator on Skool, and Royalties Bot 2.0.

Information you give us
If you email us, write through a contact link, or later join a newsletter, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and the content of the message. We do not ask you to create an account on this site to read it. Please do not send sensitive information you do not want us to have.
Information collected automatically
This static site does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, a newsletter, or similar tools later, those tools may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, and they may set cookies. We will update this policy when that happens and, where the law requires it, ask before non-essential cookies.
Third-party processors
Email, hosting, and any future analytics or newsletter provider process data for us only to run the site and reply to you. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own unrelated marketing. Hosting and email providers may sit outside Spain. When a transfer leaves the European Economic Area, we intend to rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, once that tool is actually in use.
How we use information
- To answer you and operate the journal.
- To send a newsletter or similar update only if you asked for it, with a way to stop.
- To meet legal duties, protect the site, and keep records we are required to keep.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, object to certain uses, ask for portability where it applies, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or another supervisory authority.
If the CCPA/CPRA applies because you are a California resident, you may ask to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Quintana Marketing is based in Mallorca, Spain. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in Spain and, if a provider requires it, in other countries. Those countries may not offer the same protection as your own.

Notes and buttons may link to Skool (the Publishing Success Accelerator trial), Royalties Bot 2.0 at app.royaltiesbot.com, quintanamarketing.com, and other publishers’ or platforms’ sites, including Amazon KDP. Those destinations set their own cookies and policies. We are not responsible for them. Leaving this site means their rules apply.
