Terms for using the Publisher Success journal: acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, third-party links, and the laws of Spain.

Using this site
These terms cover your use of publishersuccess.com, the Publisher Success journal published by Quintana Marketing (Andreas Quintana, Mallorca, Spain). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is for adults 18 and over.
What the journal is
The site is editorial. Articles are educational commentary. They are not professional advice, not a client relationship, and not an offer to buy a product on this domain. The Publishing Success Accelerator trial, Royalties Bot 2.0, and quintanamarketing.com are separate destinations with their own terms.
Acceptable use
You may read the journal and share links to it. You may not break the law with the site, probe or disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, post malware, or impersonate Andreas Quintana or Quintana Marketing. You may not copy posts in bulk or present them as your own.
Intellectual property
Unless a note says otherwise, the text, design, and marks on this site belong to Andreas Quintana or Quintana Marketing. Article titles and short quotations for criticism or news, with a link back, are welcome. Republishing a full note needs permission. Third-party names (including Amazon and KDP) belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Quintana Marketing and Andreas Quintana are not liable for lost profits, lost royalties, or other indirect damages arising from your use of the journal or from a third-party site you open from it. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. The courts of Spain have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country gives you the right to sue at home.
